Terms and Conditions Application: the general conditions apply to a stay in the chambres d'hôtes MaDamenFrance.
Duration of stay The stay in the chambres d'hôtes is only possible for tourist reasons with a maximum stay of 30 nights. The rooms can be booked for a stay of one night or more, with the exception of the months of July and August. Then the minimum stay is two nights.
Reservation The reservation is final upon receipt of confirmation by MaDamenFrance.
Prices The rates are as stated on the website MaDamenFrance.nl. Payment can be made: cash, by bank transfer and by digital transfer from the site where you have booked.
Balance Other costs such as meals, drinks, etc. will be settled on the morning of departure.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the day of arrival (5 p.m.). After that, you will be refunded the full amount, with the exception of the first night and any service costs, if you cancel before arrival.
A cancellation insurance is recommended.
Cancellation by owner: if due to special circumstances the owner is forced to cancel the stay, you will be informed immediately and previously paid payments will be refunded immediately.
